REGISTRATION FEE and Inclusions

5KM
 - 900.00 (Early bird Aug. 20-31, 2025)
 - 1200.00 (Regular rate Sept. 1 – Oct. 15, 2025)
inclusive of Race bib, timing chip, Event Singlet, Official finisher will get a medal.


10KM
- 1200.00 (Early bird Aug. 20-31, 2025)
 - 1500.00 (Regular rate Sept. 1 – Oct. 15, 2025)
inclusive of Race bib, timing chip, Event Singlet, Official finisher will get a medal.


21KM
 - 1650.00 (Early bird Aug. 20-31, 2025)
 - 2100.00 (Regular rate Sept. 1 – Oct. 15, 2025)
inclusive of Race bib, timing chip, Event Singlet, Official finisher will get a medal and finisher's shirt.

RACE RULES AND GUIDELINES

REGISTRATION:
1.     Must be physically fit.
2.     17 years old and below must download, print and signed the consent and waiver form by the Parents or Guardian (must be presented upon kit claiming). Download here Consent Letter
3.     Registration is non-refundable.
4.     Transferring registrations is NOT allowed.
5.     We use your registration funds to pay for the necessary items and services needed to host the event. With that in mind, refunds will not be provided for this event unless the event is cancelled for reasons within our control.  The following are examples (but not limited to) of reasons an event might be cancelled that are NOT within our control: Dangerous weather; natural disasters; pandemics; acts of terrorism; local emergencies; government mandates; and any situation creating a threat to safety of participants, volunteers, staff or bystanders.

RACE KIT CLAIMING
1.     Every participant is required to sign a WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form prior to the race.
2.     Any valid ID must be presented upon claiming.
3.    17 years old and below must present the consent and waiver form signed by Parents or Guardian.

RECOMMENDED GEARS/ RACE CHECKLIST
- Racebib (mandatory)
- Flashlight / headlamp (Mandatory for 21km and 10km)
- Running shoes
- Race singlet or running shirt
- Headwear
- Hydration system at least 500ml
- Nutrition
- Reflector vest or blinker

AWARDING CEREMONY (right after the event)
21km Top 3 Men and Women (Trophy and gift from sponsors)
10km Top 3 Men and Women (Trophy and gift from sponsors)
5km Top 3 Men and Women (Trophy and gift from sponsors)

GROUNDS FOR DISQUALFICATION
1. Loss or alteration of official BIB number.
2. Failure to carry mandatory gear(s)*.
3. Cheating, shortcutting
4. Participation by unregistered runners or pacers.
5. 2-hour penalty for missing wristband (it will be given at the u-turn point) 

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:
Submit written, signed complaints to the race director within 24 hours of the event.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Rule Modifications: Race director reserves the right to modify rules/route for safety
- Race-or-Shine will push through
- Cancellation/Postponement: Notices issued 48 hours prior if necessary, due to uncontrollable factors (e.g., severe weather, safety risks)
